Delivery Timeframe Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details and a tracking number.

Shipping Costs The cost of shipping will be provided during the checkout process. Any promotional shipping offers will be advertised separately.

Delivery Issues If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at info@projectrevolution.com. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. Project Revolution is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

Multiple Shipments Depending on stock availability, your order might be split into multiple shipments. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees in this scenario. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

International Shipping Project Revolution is pleased to offer international shipping. All international shipments are also delivered within the 3-4 business day window.

Handling & Customs Any potential customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges.

Additional Notes During promotional periods or holidays, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume. If a package is returned to Project Revolution due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the redelivery cost.
